Man Of The House

This cover art design is for the single “Man Of The House” by Rachel Zegler for the 2024 Broadway production of Romeo & Juliet. Inspired by the stage design for the show, it depicts Juliet’s bed that descends from the ceiling, and one of the many teddy bears that litter the show’s stage and lobby. The clouds and pastel color palette invoke the tender tones of the song. This image was made with watercolor and gouache on watercolor paper.
